Mobile asphalt mixing plant is mainly composed of mixing host, dosing system, fuel system, support device and dust removal system. Among them, the mixing machine is the core part, which is responsible for mixing various raw materials evenly to produce high-quality asphalt mixture. The dosing system is responsible for adding various raw materials to the mixing machine in a certain proportion. The fuel system powers the entire device, usually using diesel or gasoline. The support unit includes four wheels and a suspension system that allows the device to travel and operate in a variety of terrain conditions. The dust removal system is responsible for collecting dust and exhaust gas generated during the production process to ensure a clean working environment and air quality.
The working process of the mobile asphalt mixing station mainly includes the following steps: First, the various raw materials are prepared and added to the mixing machine through the dosing system. Next, the mixer machine starts to work, mixing the raw materials evenly to produce the asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture is then transported to the construction site for road paving or maintenance. In the whole process, the operation of the mobile asphalt mixing plant is simple and convenient, and it can be quickly deployed and moved, which greatly improves the construction efficiency.
Compared with the traditional fixed asphalt mixing plant, the mobile asphalt mixing plant has the following advantages: First, it has the characteristics of strong mobility and rapid deployment, and can adapt to a variety of complex terrain and construction environment. Secondly, the installation and disassembly of the mobile asphalt mixing plant is very convenient, and the transfer and installation of the equipment can be quickly completed, reducing the construction time. In addition, the operation of the mobile asphalt mixing plant is simple and easy to maintain, reducing the skill requirements of the operator and maintenance costs.
In short, the mobile asphalt mixing plant is an efficient, convenient and mobile asphalt mixture production equipment, which is suitable for all kinds of road construction and maintenance projects. It has many advantages, can provide high quality asphalt mixture for engineering, improve construction efficiency, and has a wide range of application prospects.
Wartsila 34DF engine passes EPA Tier...
Wärtsilä (ship hangar location) recently stated that its Wartsila 34DF dual fuel engine has passed the annual certification of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Emissions Compliance 2017 New Product.
The EPA Tier III certification and the corresponding International Engine Air Pollution Prevention (EIAPP) certificate were issued in March 2017. The Tier III certification will cover the Wartsila 34DF engine manufactured from the end of 2017.
The EPA Tier III certification and the corresponding International Air Pollution Prevention (EIAPP) certificate are the first Class 3 Tier III certificates issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency to any manufacturer. The Class 3 certificate covers engines with a single cylinder displacement greater than 30 liters.
This certification demonstrates that the Wartsila 34DF engine is fully compliant with the EPA Tier III emission standard in the gas-fired mode. According to EPA Tier III standards, the engine is equipped with a continuous measurement and monitoring of nitrogen oxides (purchasing supply) system to ensure emission compliance in the NOx emission control zone (NECA). When sailing outside the NOx emission control zone, the 34DF engine with flexible fuel burn can operate on less diesel diesel as required.
As a marine engine, the 34DF dual fuel engine includes a 6-16 cylinder engine covering a power range of 2,880 kW to 8,000 kW. Based on the Wartsila 32 diesel engine (purchased from the product library) launched in the mid-1990s, the flexibility of the Wartsila 34DF dual-fuel engine to burn fuel means that the engine can optimize the group of constant-speed generators (purchasing supply) and as Variable speed mechanical transmission for the main engine (purchasing supply of the product library). To date, Wärtsilä has delivered more than 300 34DF dual fuel engines to the world.
