The self-priming sewage pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging drainage, adopts axial backflow and external mixing, and through the unique design of the pump body and the impeller flow path, it can be installed like a self-priming clean water pump without the need of installing bottom valves and irrigation. First, the selection and installation of self-priming sewage pump:

The self-priming sewage pump should be selected according to the delivered liquid, and check the required performance, analysis of suction, discharge conditions, whether it is intermittent operation or continuous operation. Self-priming pumps should normally operate at or near the pressure and flow conditions specified by the manufacturer's design.

Second, self-priming sewage pump installation should be carried out the following review:

1. According to the characteristics of the medium conveyed by the self-priming pump, the main parts, shaft seals and gasket material should be checked when necessary;

2. The basic size, position and elevation of the foundation shall meet the design requirements. The anchor bolt must be properly and correctly fixed in the concrete foundation. The machine should not be missing, damaged or rusted.

3. The leveling and self-priming of the self-priming sewage pump shall comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents. If there is no regulation, it shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering";

4. All the pipes connected to the self-priming sewage pump body, the installation of the pipe fittings and the cleaning requirements of the lubricant pipes shall comply with the relevant national standards.
