It was learned from the Fujian Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau that the international standard ISO/16063-33 working group was established in the Fujian Provincial Metrology Institute. The National Machinery Vibration and Impact Standardization Technical Committee (Vice Standards Committee), Fujian Provincial Quality Inspection Bureau, Fujian Provincial Metrology Institute and other relevant experts and engineers attended the inaugural meeting.

According to reports, the international standard ISO/16063-33 was the new standard number given at the 30th annual meeting of ISO/TC108 held in London in October last year. The standard was awarded by the National Vibration Composing Committee and the professor of the Fujian Provincial Metrology Institute. The new international standard drafted by the industrialist Zu Mei will replace the original international standard ISO/5347-19 after the standard is established.

ISO is one of the two world's largest international organizations for standardization. The International Standard for Measuring the Magnetic Inspiration of Vibration and Shock Sensors developed by the Metrology Institute of Fujian Province is also the first time that China has assumed the international standards in the international authoritative organization ISO/TC108.

In order to ensure the successful completion of this work, the ISO16063-33/SC3/WG6 working group was established with the agreement of the National Standardization Management Committee. The team leader was headed by Xu Hang, the Metrology Institute of Fujian Province.
