Circle, align the protective cover with the mounting hole on the anchor plate, tighten with bolts, and pay attention to the exhaust port; 2 Use non-shrinkage cement mortar to seal the anchor: must anchor plate and clip, exposed strand All packages.

(3) Determine the vacuum end and the grouting end, install the outlet pipe, ball valve and joint, and connect the vacuum pump unit and grouting machine.

(4) Weigh the raw materials according to the designed cement slurry ratio, stir the cement slurry, and measure the consistency of the slurry on-site. When the specified index is reached, the cement slurry is filtered and stored in the Storage Tank, and it is in agitated state before entering the tunnel.
