1) Steyr href="http://Repair/"> Structural features of Steyr 336-horsepower truck clutch control system The clutch control system uses a hydraulically-operated, pneumatically-assisted mechanism that has the advantages of lightweight operation and followability. 2) Structural features of the Steyr 420-horsepower truck clutch control system. The clutch control system uses a hydraulically operated pneumatic assist mechanism. When the clutch pedal is depressed, the piston of the hydraulic master cylinder is moved back, and the brake fluid in the hydraulic chamber enters the hydraulic chamber of the booster cylinder along the tubing. The brake fluid acts on the one hand as working pressure in the working chamber and pushes the working piston together to act on the rocker arm. Separate the bearing by disengaging the fork to separate the clutch. 3) Assembly and adjustment of clutch control system

When the clutch pedal is depressed, the piston of the hydraulic master pump moves back, and the brake fluid in the hydraulic chamber enters the hydraulic chamber of the booster cylinder along the tubing. The brake fluid acts on the working piston as working pressure on the one hand, and acts as a control pressure on the other hand. On the air pressure control valve, open it so that the compressed air enters the air cylinder of the booster cylinder, and the work piston is pushed together to act on the thrust rod to push the clutch to separate the rocker, and the release bearing separates the clutch by disengaging the fork.
1. Check and adjust the clearance between the master pump push rod and the piston. There should be a 0.7-1mm clearance between the push rod and the piston. This clearance is to prevent the oil inlet compensation hole in the cylinder from being blocked by the piston cup. When assembling, gently twist the push rod to adjust the length until it feels like it reaches the piston. Then turn the push rod back and tighten the tightening nut. This clearance should be more than 1mm, otherwise it will reduce the effective stroke of the master pump and affect the clutch separation.
2. Check and adjust the free stroke of booster cylinder push rod. Clutch release bearing should have a 2mm-3mm self-travel to ensure that the bearing will not be long-term pressure work, resulting in early damage, for this purpose the cylinder push rod should have a 6mm-8mm free stroke. In the assembly adjustment, the return spring is not installed first, and the piston and the push rod are urged by the preloading spring in the booster cylinder to withstand the clutch release rocker arm. At this time, the limit bolt is adjusted so that the distance between the bolt end and the bracket is 6 mm- 8mm clearance, tighten the tightening nut, and then install the return spring.
3, drain the air in the hydraulic system. There is air in the hydraulic system of the clutch, and the effective stroke of the booster cylinder piston push rod will be reduced, so that the clutch is not completely separated, and the gear is difficult to catch. When assembling or disassembling the tubing, loosen the air bleeder valve of the booster cylinder first, add the oil from the oil storage tank, and press the clutch pedal to replenish the oil until the oil flows out from the bleed valve and tighten. In order to achieve the goal of quickly and completely exhausting the air in the system, a segmentation method may be used. Remove air from the front end of the tubing first, then quickly step on the clutch pedal 2-3 times after exhausting, step on the bottom, and loosen the main pump to connect the pipe nut. The air in the front stage is discharged from here. Tighten the connecting pipe nut and then prevent the loose pedal, and repeat the above power. 4-6 times. The tubing in the middle of the tubing is installed at a high position, and air is likely to accumulate. The above method can be used to exhaust the purge valve from the middle of the tubing. At this time, the oil in the hydraulic circuit is almost full, and the clutch pedal is pressed. The plunger of the booster cylinder has a slight movement, and the engine can be started to pump air, and the engine is turned off after the pressure is applied. The role of pumping is to use the assisting force of pneumatic cylinder to reduce the pedal force.
