It is well known that chrome-iron alloy particles as an alloy have a density much larger than these solid wastes similar to stones. Therefore, the solid waste residue can be separated from the ferrochrome alloy particles by a simple re-election process to achieve the purpose of sorting. The re-election method is a method of sorting according to the difference between the density of minerals and waste rock. The larger the difference in specific gravity, the better the sorting effect. The re-election equipment used for the selection of chromium slag is mainly a jig and a shaker. The jig is used for selecting coarse, medium and fine-grain mineral materials. The shaker can only select fine-grained materials, while the larger the ferrochrome alloy is. The higher the price, the many investors want to get the largest possible ferrochrome particles. This requires selective crushing when re-crushing, retaining large pieces of ferrochrome alloy particles as much as possible, entering a large-grained jig for sorting, sorting out large pieces of ferrochrome, and then granulating the ferrochrome Further crushing, fine ferrochrome particles were selected.
