The accuracy and quality of digital data directly affect the reliability of system application analysis and the realization of application goals, and at the same time affect land use. Daily management. In map digitization (scanning vectorization) and GIS data acquisition and database construction, there are differences in land use area and legal registration area due to system error of land area measurement instrument and errors in data collection. The area where the land has been registered is also obtained through a certain measurement method. There is also an error in the area value. How to eliminate or weaken the influence of these errors and ensure the accuracy of land use area is one of the key issues in the database construction of GIS system data. When the Land and Resources Bureau of Changchun City used the GIS for land use data, it encountered the problem of differences in the land area and legal registration area used to obtain land using digital methods. Failure to deal with errors would have a definite impact on daily management. Can not fully play the role of GIS. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an area processing method and compiles an area error processing software to ensure the accuracy and quality of the database.
Area error processing:
1. Area Adjustment for Independent Blocks For some independent and single blocks, adjustments can be made directly by establishing conditional equations because the blocks are not related to each other.
2. The overall adjustment of multiple plots. In the process of digitizing the land use area, an area (neighborhood) is a set of relatively independent zones consisting of many adjacent plots without gaps. Due to the existence of multiple parcels, a number of area error condition equations are generated, and parcels are interrelated. If each plot is adjusted individually and its correlation is not considered, the result after adjustment is that the boundaries between adjacent plots do not completely coincide with each other, resulting in gaps or crossovers. The adjustment calculation has no use value and destroys the phase. Neighboring relations between adjacent plots cannot be sent to the GIS repository.
Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the overall processing of multiple land areas, and form the condition equations to carry out adjustments. Through adjustment calculations, the corrected values ​​of the digitized coordinate observations at the vertices of the local blocks and the corresponding adjustment values ​​are obtained. When the amount of observation data is particularly large, the land area classification adjustment can be used.
This paper discusses the differences between the area of ​​digital land and the legal registration area when the land use data GIS of Changchun City Land and Resources Bureau is built, and establishes an adjustment model of area error. Through example calculation and analysis, it shows that the area error conditions are established. The adjustment of the equations can not only eliminate the difference between the land registration area and the digitized area value, but also ensure the consistency of the topological relationship between the blocks. Regarding the known area as an observation value to participate in the treatment of the plot area, the difference between the digitized area and the legal registration area should be eliminated more rationally.
