1 SCREW FEEDER
Feeder consists  of frequency conversion (electromagnetic)  speed-adjusting motor, reducer,  feeder shell and feeder shaft.
1.1 Â Â REDUCER
Feeder  reducer   adopts  cycloidal   pin  gear  reducer  whose  reducing   ratio  is  1:17.  It is directly connected  with speed-adjusting motor to  reduce the speed and  make feeder capable  of being adjusted for speed with effective rotational speed 12-120rpm.
1.2 Â Â FEEDER
See Figure 2 for the structure of feeder.   It consists of feeder  shell, feeder shaft and bearing with housing, etc.
The feeder paddle is of full-face type with variable pitch.
The feeder serves to  convey the material. Its rotational  speed is adjustable, that is  to say, feeding volume is variable  in order to reach the  rated current and output.  Feeder shaft can  be removed from the right side of feeder shell for cleaning and maintenance.
PELLET CHAMBER
The structure of pellet chamber is shown in Figure 3. It  mainly consists of die (1),
two rollers (3), deflector (8), knives (11) and roller adjusting screws (7). Mash  powder material  flows to two  pelleting areas through feed cone and deflector. Quill  flange drives die to rotate,  mash powder material is drawn in between die and  rollers, and two opposite rotating parts press mash powder material gradually into die holes. Material shapes in die holes and is pressed out of die holes continuously, then the pelleted  material is cut to  required length by  knives and finally the  shaped pellet material  flows out of the machine.
