Wheat cultivation techniques for high quality flour

<

According to the research results of Japan's Ministry of Agriculture and Water and the Crop Development Department of the Western Agricultural Testing Field, the key technologies for increasing wheat protein content are as follows:

(1) After topdressing N-fertilizer at flowering stage 10 days after ear emergence, N-fertilizer was added to the fruit, which was at the flowering stage. Experiments show that as the amount of strong fruit increases, the protein content also increases steadily. The child is full (slightly different among different breeds). 1 kilogram of strong nitrogen fertilizer can increase the protein content by 0.5%, that is, 1.5 kilograms of nitrogen fertilizer can increase protein content by 1%. Strong fruit fertilizer can only use nitrogen fertilizer, and cheap ammonium sulfate is also used in the experiment. Phosphate fertilizer and potassium fertilizer are generally used as base fertilizers.

(II) There is a close relationship between the increase and decrease of fertilizer application yield and protein content. Yield increased, protein content has a downward trend. Therefore, it is necessary to increase or decrease the amount of fertilizer according to the growth of the crop, that is, increase the application of energy when the growth is good, and reduce the application of fertilizer when the growth is poor. In some areas, the protein content of wheat is relatively moderate, so it is not necessary to chase the strong fruit fertilizer, otherwise it will reduce the quality of the flour. After the application of strong fruit fertilizer, there is a tendency to prolong the maturation period. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the amount of fertilizer and timing of fertilization. Experiments showed that when fertilizing 4 kg of 1.5 mu, the mature period was extended by about 1 day. It should be noted that the application of a large number of strong fruit fertilizers to wheat flour for ordinary flours can also achieve protein levels in the level of wheat used for the use of alfalfa, but the gluten strength is significantly reduced (because the maturity period is prolonged). Therefore, wheat varieties should be selected according to their use.

(C) According to the soil conditions to grasp the different fertilization conditions of soil conditions, sub-solid protein content varies, the lowest red soil, black soil is high, gray alluvial soil and other low-lying soil is medium, dry field is generally higher than the paddy field. Therefore, it is not necessary for black soil to follow strong fruit fertilizers. However, black soil is generally lack of phosphoric acid, and phosphate fertilizers can be added appropriately, which can increase the yield and reduce the excessively high protein content. The nitrogen content of lateritic soil is low, and the yield and protein content are often affected by nitrogen deficiency in the growth process. The color of leaves must be closely observed, nitrogen fertilizer should be topdressed at the right time, and the strong fruit fertilizer can also be more.

(D) Increasing the amount of fertilizer in warm winter and rainy years In general, farmland needs top-dressing, and it is better to apply more fertilizer in warmer winter and more rainy years. High and high farmland temperature can be top-dressed from January to early February. Afterwards, the panicle fertilizer was topped when the leaf color was slightly lightened to ensure the number of grains. It should be noted that according to the variety, soil, weather, and growth status, comprehensive consideration should be given to the timing and amount of topdressing, otherwise it is easy to overgrow, lay down, and affect the quality of wheat.
