The solution is: correctly enter the instrument parameters; adjust the process or select the instrument that fits the actual flow range. 5. Remote signal output is abnormal The reason analysis is that if it is a frequency or pulse signal output, the receiving circuit is compatible with the output circuit; if it is (4 ~ 20) mA current output, the flow setting range does not correspond to the output current. The solution is an external electrical component (such as a resistor in series with a certain resistance) to make the output and input circuits compatible; the parameter settings for flow upper and lower limit values ​​correspond to 4mA and 20mA.
