U.S. makes negative damages to sorbitol
On June 15, 2010, the US International Trade Commission issued an announcement to make a final review of the anti-dumping sunset review of sorbitol originating in France. Six members voted unanimously that if anti-dumping measures were cancelled, they would be within a reasonable and foreseeable period. The products involved in the case will not cause substantive damage or substantial damage to the U.S. domestic industry. According to the negative ruling, the current anti-dumping measures against French sorbitol will be cancelled.
