The proven oil reserves of the Chungyou oilfield in the west margin of the Junggar Basin are 8000 × 104t. The reservoir has a buried depth of 500m and a reservoir thickness of 3m. The reservoir temperature is 26 ℃. The viscosity of crude oil under reservoir conditions is as high as 90,000mPa · s and is naturally bitumenous flow. The study found that the content of C + H in crude oil of Chunfeng Oilfield is as high as 97%, and its thermal sensitivity is strong. The viscosity of degassed crude oil at 50 ℃ drops to 4050mPa · s, which is suitable for thermal recovery. The crude oil has poor underground flow ability, low oil reservoir energy and large formation heat loss, so conventional steam injection development technology is difficult to be successful. Since 2010, Chunfeng Oilfield successfully implemented the scale development of thin and light super-heavy oil using horizontal well steam huff and puff, viscosity reducer and nitrogen (HDNS technology). However, during the development process, it is gradually exposed the difficulty of shaft well lifting. The main problem is the slow release of polished rod and the low fluid production. Due to the shallow burial depth and the high lateral wellbore angle, the pump depth can only reach down to 500m, making it difficult to establish an effective production pressure differential. Due to the difficulty of establishing an effective production pressure differential, high underground storage rates increase heat losses. Amplify the production pressure, improve fluid strength.

Compared with the same well before and after the same well, the average single-well cycle liquid production increased from 1274t to 1915t, an increase of 50%; average single-well cycle oil production increased from 463t to 517t, an increase of 12%; taking into account the 20% decrease of 147t , An increase of 40%. Compared with the adjacent wells, the average production rate of single-well period increased from 1402t to 1915t, an increase of 36%. The average single-well period oil production increased from 491t to 517t, an increase of 5%. Thus solving a technical problem restricting the efficient development of thin and super-heavy oil, and providing strong technical support for the efficient extraction of liquid from the steam flooding stage.
