SZS H01™ Primary Belt Cleaner 

The H01™ Cleaner  has a sturdy urethane blade that provides effective removal of material from belt conveyors handling coal, ore or other bulk materials.

Features and Benefits:

• Unique blade profile means the blade maintains the most efficient cleaning angle across the extended wear life
• Three-piece mainframe for easy installation
• Durable and rugged  Spring Tensioner maintains cleaning pressure

Applications:

• Suited for belt widths from 24-84 in. (600-2130 mm), operating at belt speeds up to 1000 fpm (6 m/sec)
• Designed for head pulley diameters from 18-30 in. (450-800 mm), best on 24-30 in. (600-760 mm)
• H01â„¢ blades are available in 6- or 12-inches less than belt width
• The H01â„¢ Cleaner  uses common mounting dimensions for ease in retrofit or upgrade
