4. Check if the high voltage silicon stack is normal: use a multimeter to measure the forward resistance of the high voltage silicon stack should be about 100KΩ, and the reverse resistance should be infinite. If the actual measured value does not match the above data, the high voltage silicon stack should be replaced;

5, check the capacitance is normal: high-voltage capacitors and resistors connected to the resistance of about 10Ω; capacitor terminals and housing resistance should be infinite. If the actual measured value is inconsistent with the above data, the corresponding components shall be replaced;

6. Check whether the microwave equipment transformer is normal: The resistance of the primary winding of the transformer measured with a multimeter should be about 20Ω; the resistance of the high voltage winding of the transformer should be about 100Ω; the resistance of the filament winding should be close to 0, and the windings should be grounded Insulation should be good. If the actual measured value does not match the above data, it can be determined that the high-voltage transformer is faulty and the transformer should be repaired or replaced.
