The rate is low. After the hardware, say software. In addition to the gap between large and medium-sized automation hardware equipments, local automation companies do not have full control of domestically produced control software, and the market has obvious constraints. The reason is that, although the number of IT employees in China has been relatively large, the high-end talents are still insufficient, which directly leads to the relatively lagging position of large-scale NC software programming. It also requires import to meet domestic production requirements.

From the hardware to the software are subject to foreign countries in varying degrees, is a major heart disease in the process of domestic manufacturing automation transformation. This is also the original intention of the continuous introduction of domestic industrial planning, that is, to comprehensively enhance the strength of domestic manufacturing.

At present, the planning for the 12th Five-Year High-end Equipment Industry has long been released. This plan clarifies that China's equipment manufacturing will move toward high-end in the future, realize the localization of major industrial equipment, and further improve the domestic manufacturing system. In addition, there is also a clear guidance on the CNC system, which will rely on the localization of high-end CNC machine tools and gradually increase the development of the local CNC system. After all, the core code in the hands of the NC program is more secure than the imported products.
