Delphi Acquires Autopilot Supplier for $450 Million
According to reports, Delphi Motors planned to acquire NuTonomy, a Boston-based provider of automated driving software, and the purchase price is expected to reach 450 million U.S. dollars. Delphi said in a press release that the acquisition is expected to be completed before the end of this year. NuTonomy has 100 employees, 70 of whom are engineers and scientists.
