This production line is automatic shearing, processing transformer core piece of special equipment.
This production line is composed of ac servo system with high precision fixed-length feeding and PLC module, ensure the accuracy of shear; Highest feed speed is 2000 mm/s, the braking time is less than 100 ms.
Using the intuitive control of man-machine interface in Chinese, the operator through the keyboard can easily complete piece of type selection, parameter modification operations, such as modifying production machine tool coordinate values, view the history record, etc.
Compensate the length can be manually or automatically, quickly adjust shearing length. With functions of fault changed hands move down, fault point can be displayed on a computer screen.
Pneumatic systems
The system adopts the modular centralized control, noise requirements: 80 db (A) or less. Each independent adjustable shunt pressure, and flow rate, the implementation of the pneumatic movements are controlled by PLC program.
